Calcium Chloride 94-97% – Mini Prills

An anhydrous pellet form of calcium chloride (CaCl2). It is the most widely used and most effective of all cement accelerators in drilling fluid additives. Normally 1 to 3% calcium chloride based on the cement is used. Calcium chloride is added to drilling fluids to shorten the setting time and/or accelerate the hardening process. It can also limit corrosion and improve the performance of mud systems.

    Calcium Nitrate

Calcium nitrate is a prime calcium source for clear-water drilling. It is effective in fluid loss control and is commonly used in drilling fluids as a fluid loss additive. Calcium nitrate is a beneficial plant nutrient in modest amounts, contributing to the long-term goal of revegetation on well sites and supporting the health of surrounding formation environments.

    Chem Clean Green

Earth Pro Chem Clean Green is the preferred cleaner for oilfield drilling operations, including refining/upgrading facilities and pipeline operations. This rig wash is a concentrated, hard-working degreaser that goes to work immediately, emulsifying and deodorizing. Its grease-fighting solvents and emulsifiers work great on heavy-duty cleaning tasks, ensuring clean drilling equipment and effective hole cleaning. It can also be diluted for light-duty cleaning […]

    Citric Acid

Citric acid is often incorporated into drilling chemicals and acid formulations. Its function is to prevent the precipitation of gelatinous ferric hydroxide as the acid spends, which is important for corrosion control in drilling fluid systems. As a sequestering agent, citric acid can hold as much as 3000 mg/L of ferric iron in spent acid solutions for more than 4 hours at temperatures above 80°C. Citric acid is one of the most […]

    pH Down Citric

Earth Pro pH Down Citric is often incorporated into acid formulations to manage drilling fluids. Its function is to prevent the precipitation of gelatinous ferric hydroxide as the acid spends, which helps limit corrosion and maintain fluid stability. As a sequestering agent, citric acid can hold as much as 3000 mg/l of ferric iron in spent acid solutions for more than 4 hours at temperatures above 80°C. Earth Pro pH Down Citric is […]

    pH Up Soda Ash

Sodium carbonate anhydrous, commonly known as Soda Ash, is a chemical compound used widely in the drilling industry as a water-based mud conditioner and contaminant treatment additive. Earth Pro pH Up Soda Ash is used to precipitate calcium in make-up water, which softens the water and elevates the water’s pH level prior to mixing drilling mud […]

    Soda Ash for Non-Oilfield

Sodium carbonate anhydrous, commonly known as Soda Ash, is a chemical compound used widely in the drilling industry as a water-based mud conditioner and contaminant treatment additive. It plays a crucial role in drilling fluid preparation, aiding in fluid loss control and enhancing the performance of water-based muds. Soda Ash Dense Product Sheet

    Sodium Bicarbonate

Sodium bicarbonate (NaHC03) is commonly known as Bi-Carb, Baking Soda, or Bicarbonate of Soda. Sodium bicarbonate is used in drilling fluids to treat cement contamination by precipitating the calcium as calcium carbonate and reducing the pH. The available H+ ion can reduce the pH in any drilling fluid with a pH above 8.5. As a pre-treatment, it helps manage cement contamination in drilling fluids, supporting overall fluid stability.
