Earth Pro BioFoam is a surfactant blend foam for drill cutting removal in under-balanced fluid systems. Used primarily as a drilling foam that carries cuttings to the surface, Earth Pro BioFoam can also be used as a dust suppressant and as a discharge auger coolant.

Concentration
Earth Pro BioFoam concentration should be 2-6L per 400L water for regular foam and gel foam applications. For dust suppressant, 0.25-0.5L per 400L and for mist drilling, 1-2L per 400L water.
Mixing & Handling
Earth Pro BioFoam can be added directly to make-up water with mild agitation to ensure even mixing or inject directly into water line with a chemical pump capable of metering proper treatment levels.
If polymers are to be used, premix them in the make up water. Utilize eye/skin protection and dust mask when mixing.
