Earth Pro BioFoam Subzero is a surfactant blend foam for drill cutting removal in under-balanced fluid systems. This foaming agent is a freeze-protected alternative to standard BioFoam. Used primarily as a drilling foam that carries drill cuttings to the surface, Earth Pro BioFoam Subzero can also be used as a dust suppressant and as a discharge auger coolant.

Earth Pro BioFoam Subzero concentration should be 2-6L per 400L water for regular foam and gel foam applications. For dust suppressant, 0.25-0.5L per 400L and for mist drilling, 1-2L per 400L water.
Earth Pro BioFoam Subzero can be added directly to makeup water with mild agitation to ensure even mixing or injected directly into the water line with a chemical pump capable of metering proper treatment levels for drilling foam.
If polymers are to be used with the foaming agent, premix them in the makeup water. Utilize eye/skin protection and a dust mask when mixing.
