Calcium Chloride 77% Flake

Calcium Chloride is the most widely used and the most effective of all cement accelerators. Normally 2 to 4% Calcium Chloride, based on the cement, is used, depending on the well conditions. In general calcium is added to cement slurries to shorten the setting time and/or accelerate the hardening process. Calcium Chloride can be used to lower the freezing point of aqueous solutions.
